Responsibilities and Duties within the Online Department

As part of our online team, you will play a central role in ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience. Your main tasks will include:

• Handling customer orders for online customers, including picking and packaging ordered goods.
• Collaborating with colleagues to optimize workflow and ensure fast and accurate delivery to customers.
• Communicating with customers to answer questions and resolve any issues.

Qualifications and Requirements for Online Work

To succeed in this role, we prefer that you have the following qualifications and traits:

• Experience in e-commerce or logistics is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate deliveries.
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and be service-oriented.

Working Hours and Employment Conditions

The position is part-time with flexible working hours, mainly in the mornings, making it ideal for those studying or having another part-time job. The position is approximately 15 hours per week. You need to have another main occupation of at least 50% to be eligible for this position.
